I like the wheels. Are they Billet Specialties wheels? How about some specs on the wheels.....were dying here...

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I think she does. I try to ask her before I buy parts but all she cares about the color of the outside of the truck and the inside. Oh and it has to have ac and heat. Even though we are not going to be driving it in the dead of winter.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Ok guys which one do you guys like. As I stated before I am trying to keep it under thehood, but because I zed the frame I may have to go with the cross ram manifold. The issue is chevy manifold with straight injection is higher, do to the way the intake runners come off the heads if that makes sense. If this was a ford I would not be having this issue. So let me know what you guys think. This is a big investment so I want to mahe the right choice. Thanks

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
man i dont know what is any cooler looking than the ones that stand up straight !!! i love it, can you just shorten the stacks on it to keep it from going out of the hood??

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I like the cross style better as they aren't used as often and I see an opportunity for a custom built cover for the top where the linkage and fuel rails are that would be pretty slick...

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
To me the vertical stacks look more old school, where the cross ram look more hi-tech. Most of the time you see the cross ram in newer cars/truck where clearance is an issue. Doesn't the newer Ford GT40 run this type of cross ram??
Either way looks sweet. I guess my vote is cross ram.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
There both amazing, as a compromise the cross ram will still have huge pop. But based on your stated theme with the Moon tank, I gotta lean towards the straight stacks!! They'll match the wheels modern gasser flavour.
Just read the post title and...the cross ram fits perfectly with 'DiBella'....very Italian Ferrari-esque. I'm no help, good luck deciding

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I really think the cross ram is perfect even without a custom cover the more I think of it. It's a modern twist to the old school stacks...which your wheels are a modern twist on an older theme as well ....

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
If you were to color match the intake runners on the cross ram it would help the engine pop. They both are very cool so you really can't go wrong. IMO

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Bad news from the engine builder block was cracked and heads are shot. Good thing I have some world heads here and a 350 with a 4 bolt main.
