Thanks. And both time and money leave about the same time.

Thanks Zippeay for the advice, I thought about that before I started but the passenger side was so screwed up from the PO's wreck that it needed everything to be moved forward anyway. Hope I can line it up if not I will be asking here.

I don't normally wander out of the '47-'59 zone, but somehow I stumbled upon this thread. I'm 18 and must say it is absolutely AWESOME to see another teenager who is interested in old GM iron. I live in the Memphis area, currently rebuilding a '56 stepside. Too cool!!!!

Thanks for wandering. Your truck build is very clean just read the whole thread and subscribed. I have a neighbor around your age doing around the same year rig. Keep in touch, we do a cruise in every Friday in town if you can ever make it out, It's starting to slow down a bit because of the weather.

Re: My Daughters First Truck

Glad you're back 4dranch! I've been watching this tread since I'm 18 and trying to find money to build, and gain the knowledge throughout the process. It motivates me to keep going knowing that other kids out there are doing the same. Keep it up!

Re: My Daughters First Truck

Looks really good! Wish I was working on mine today instead of doing "real work at my job" haha! Most days I wish I could win the lotto and build cars every day "like Dino" instead of my job. I know if I tried to do it to make a living I would starve... Lol I'm too slow and too anal about everything! Lol
