If I leave the wiring off to the doors the bcm shows them as closed. If I ground the wiring to those doors it shows them as open. I am still getting the message "replace rear gate fuse". So If I understand what you did as far as the door sensors you simply just removed or did not connect them to the BCM? Correct?

That is correct, but.....I may have to hook them up for everything to work right.

Well this is a bummer, I'm looking to do a similar project but not many of these builds have been completed. I hope all is well with the OP, last post was in 2018.
