Any chance you have a shipping quote for the steering tube?

Re: The 60-66 "PAYING IT FORWARD" thread!

About $18 shipping to 60090 for the inner shaft and outer tube.

I also just noticed one of the tangs is broken off.

Let me know.

Re: The 60-66 "PAYING IT FORWARD" thread!

Please note, this is in England, but I am posting it on here as well, in case a lurker or member sees it or needs it.

This unit is dusty, but good.

Slips into each other, and four screws to keep it all together.

Wall mounted display unit.

Collection only, in flat pack from Rochester, Kent.

Bottle of Pepsi there for size perspective.

Kettle is on.

If it does not find a home, it will drive a BBQ.

Advertised elsewhere as well.

First PM and collection gets it.

Original working sending unit? I'm having a heck of a time finding one that works correctly? No need for the whole tank, so if you'd rather to keep it together, no worries.

Re: The 60-66 "PAYING IT FORWARD" thread!

Gentlemen, you give me hope for this world. You guys rock. I'll hop in cuz lately, theyre taking up space and i need it to work. What i currently have is:
-Original gas tank out of a 65 with sender, everything works
-Original rear springs
-Heater box with lines
-Steering column out of a 64 (3 on the tree)
-Two 6 lugs wheels with horrid tires, no idea what year theyre off of
When I dig deeper this weekend, ill see what else I have. Currently located in El Paso TX, but i will ship. Side note, im looking for doors, and a cab someone is willing to chop up a little bit, need the cowl vents from top to bottom.
If you want pics, just ask ill happily send them

If you ever happen to make it up to Kansas in the future I would definitely snag that tank from you. Probably not something cost effective to ship.
