Re: 1960 chevy parkwood wagon!

Sounds great, what mufflers? One other question that I forgot to ask about your CAM set up. Did it require a separate tune specifically for your CAM set up?

Thanks
Marc

Pic of the Moroso part i used to add a return line to my filler neck. WOrked perfectly.

Pic showing the main parts of my fuel system.

And the Moser 9" showed up extremely fast. Ordered at 11am on a monday and it was delivered at 11am on friday.

Re: 1960 chevy parkwood wagon!

Painted up the rear end

Had to weld a tab to hold the brake line tee.

Bent up the hard lines and installed.

I got the rear end installed and brakes blead but dont have pics of it. Waiting on all the salt to clear off the roads here before i can take it out on a test drive. Hopefully getting a dyno tune soon,

Re: 1960 chevy parkwood wagon!

Got my new radio installed and working! Bluetooth and all. Made up that little plate out of 1/4 mdf to hold 2 small speakers in the dash, and have 2 boxes in the back with 6x9s that is covered to match the interior.

Re: 1960 chevy parkwood wagon!

compare the old radio on the right to the new retrosound unit on the left.
also installed a new emblem on the tail gate. I have a new one for the grill also but that involves removing the whole grill so its not happening right now

Re: 1960 chevy parkwood wagon!

ive been very unhappy with all the cpp brake parts i used originally. now they are all gone. With the explorer brakes on the moser 9" and just installed drop spindles with wilwood brakes on the front. Also replaced the leaking master cylinder and prop valve with wilwood parts.

Hey, do you guys have any idea of the damage that could occur to you and your daughter if your car got T-boned, etc. and you are not properly restrained. Your daughter at least should be in a proper age-appropriate child harness and your wife and you should have three point belts fitted and worn. You might be the safest driver in the world (but I bet you're not!) but that won't protect you if some idiot runs a red light or veers onto the wrong side of the road at the wrong time.

It's a fact: seat belts save lives. Please consider your children.

Regards from Down Under.
