[QUOTE=joe231;3885932]Thanks for saving me from the picture hounds John
how about some clean seats, thanks to Megan!!! She scrubbed for hours Those seats look nice! Are they out of a suburban? I have seen the fronts in a sub before, but I have never seen the rear seat not a 60/40. I would like to find some like those.

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Ok, I think I figured it out. The bench for the back is a front seat, right?

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
You are correct!
I got the buckets from my '89 parts 'burb and I picked up a matching front bench from the same era 'burb off of craigslist for $20. The sub front bench doesn't fold forward, but I was able to use the hardware from the rear bench that came with the truck and make where it will now fold forward. The upolstery is kinda thread bare and worn, but it matches and down the road I will either recover the seats or convert to 95-98 seats.

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Looks like it's from a Camaro cause we have one that looks like that and don't own an S-10, I could be wrong though.

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
The wheel could have been from a lot of Chevy cars from the 70's. Vega, Camaro, Chevelle (and Laguna), '76 Corvette, etc.

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
If I didn't already have a wheel I would consider. I got one at pullapart when I was going to work on the 73 stepside. I picked up both the chevy and gmc horn covers. I am considering using the stock old gmc wheel, it just look pretty cool.
Nope no good 15in tires. I will end up needing some for a set of cutlass wheels that will be the temporary rolling stock on the gmc.
