Yes sir, They fit really good and looks like clearance for the steering shaft will not be a problem. Not sure about not running a gasket on them. Sanderson says to run a bead of black permatex high heat sealant and that's it. Will see how that goes. The flanges are super thick on these things. If your running an ls swap with dropmember I would recommend them on fit for sure. Time will tell on craftsman ship.

Re: El Chingon

Headers looks great the bead of silicone sure is weird though? Seems to me like copper gaskets would work also but then again I don't build headers.. Keep up the good work makes me want to work on mine..

Re: El Chingon

Ran all the fuel lines up to the motor this afternoon. Gonna wait to put the cab on to see how to exactly route them up to the rails. Ran the Aeroquip softline for now, may convert it all to hard line. This way I can get it up and running and replace the sections as I want. Will see. I usually use all aluminum line on my stuff, trying something new.

Re: El Chingon

Installed Porterbuilt Hinge kit this afternoon. The key for me was the time you put into the template. After that it was gravy baby. Top notch product once again from the great Nate. Getting closer to setting the cab back on for some mock up on the fenders, column, fuel lines, etc...

Re: El Chingon

Got the cab back on and everything fit pretty good. Got to trim the floor a little more around the high hump but that's it. I have one sensor on top of the intake that is close to the firewall.

Re: El Chingon

This is the sensor that I am referring to. Anyone have a problem or even a solution to this without me hacking on the firewall some more.

Re: El Chingon

Trim some more, a little more, and a little more. Its on, but guess what? I need to trim a little more. Its sitting on the top of the tire, but has no room at all. Want a little clearance just in case the floor is not level when parked.

Do you happen to have a part number on those headers? Thanks in advance.

Re: El Chingon

Finally got the radiator in with some trimming on the two core mounts. I guess they do not make a three core isolator. Got it in anyway.

What was used to weld these mounts? Looks like a mig but it's almost dry looking?

Re: El Chingon

I know it looks funny. What your seeing is that I run a dual action sander over all my parts before paint. It's the new sanded surface vs the original surface. The technique I use when mig welding gives it a certain profile that looks like a series of ripples or weave pattern. It's almost like a shadow in the valleys of the bead.

They roll fine on my smooth shop floor. I would suggest some lubricant before putting them into action

It's a brand new radiator that I got from a fellow board member. It changed hands a couple of times, I think no one could find the correct cushions for it. It was priced right
