Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
A dually just isn't right unless it has all of the clearance lights.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
dont get me wrong i like the roof lights an the fender lights but i hate those ugly tailgate lights if i have to have them then i will get the light that goes between the gate an bumper. i repeat my truck will not have the big bulk factory lights on the tailgate.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
If you don't like the factory lights, Trux Accessories has some nice LED ones that have a custom look to them.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
I only wish. It looks like I'm going to be spending a lot of time in Ft. Worth over the next couple of months and won't be doing much else.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
I'm still interested in it, just don't have the green. LOL.
I just had an idea for an accent on the hood. 1/16" red pinstripes following the body lines on the hood.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
I was sooo tempted to park next to the other squares in the parking lot at the grocery store this morning. One looked like a late 70's with a camper on it, other was a 84ish that has some work going on with it. Figured they are stockers or something, because they are parked there almost every morning when I go in there.
I actually looked at them, smiled and walked in. I was not in my square though, so I did not do it. Wouldn't look right with me in my 05 CC. |

I like the way you started it, smart move with hitting the lines first.

Dude, I love the red dually. That's why I'm looking for a standard cab dually. They look tough.

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
That would be cool, but I've got lights and trim in my bed that I don't want to switch over. I want the one I posted on here the other day. It's been converted. My truck would look sharp with your sleeper cab and wing on it. Will the wing fit inside the sleeper for shipping if it is shipped?

Re: BigRed 81 crewcab dually
Michael, the 2-tone looks good. You been cleaning a bunch of over spray off from past the couple inches of tape? Glad to see you went ahead and did that. I remember you mentioned that right when you looked at getting the truck.
