Cut the rockers off flat and lay the doors on the ground... so bodydropping it further.

I wouldn't door it, but invert the pinch-weld on the rocker and lap weld it to the inner rocker along with plug welds.

well its already overbodied, going to have an 1" of the rocker left. after talking with some smarties and visualizing ive decided not to. dont need any more delays. i want to drive this long turd

did some work today. first i pulled off the bed mounts, and finished filling and sanding the frame up to the wishbone crossmember.
also got the drivers side bag mount welded in bat wings! then gusseted the link tabs on the axle

did a bit today. first i cut top and bottom of the C channel of the frame to make them square. then i trimmed the rails so i had a consistant slope from the notch to where the frame rails will be Z'ed. then i boxed in the rails with 1/8" plate, stopped a few inches before the Z. still need to weld up the bottom, another day.

got the truck in, shaved up the holes past the notch and figured out my tank and compressor placement
