Can I get a picture of one installed? Or how it's installed?
Pop it in, weld the back side? Bed the backside to hold in place? Just wondering as I bought a new grommet for that hole, might use it for my ECM wires, not sure. Thanks

This is the original part for our trucks, it just pops in like a typical firewall plug, no welding or adhesive. They fall out through the years as they dry out and crack. I will try to track down a pic of it installed

No problem, for 71-72 they changed to a metal plate that's held into place with 2 screws.
These fit like a glove and should last another couple decades
