Re: project "call of duty" 72 c10
Seeing a green chassis can be a bit ugly. But when you start adding on goodies and parts the green becomes broken up and it all starts to blend. Also the truck will be green so it really will look nice under the hood. Little by little. Part by part. It all falls into place.

Thanks guys I want to be different everybody has red and blue and black you don't see many green trucks. I second-guess myself all the time and it stinks.

I like the color. I think that it will look cool with the darker green paint job. Now all we need is a garage cam so we can watch you put it all together!

The only garage project I've seen was a guy who took a video of himself working on and engine removal. I think he set the camera up on a shelf in his garage. Then he posted a YouTube video of the project playing 3 or 4 times the actual speed.

Re: project "call of duty" 72 c10
Okay, found it. It was FrizzleFrys install of the s2000 engine into his minx. I cant remember now if it was a video, or a camara that took pictures every 10 seconds. Anyway...

One more. I sand blasted and clear coated the tail cover. The previous owner painted it black.

I've been staring at this pic for a while. It's really incredible what you've done here. Really neat looking setup, and the frame looks mint!

Re: project "call of duty" 72 c10
Thank zoom. Thanks Kane. I spent a couple of hundred bucks on steel and got busy. Once it's a rolling chassis I will post way better pics. I built some crazy stuff back in my day. Not that I'm old but 15 years ago is along time.
Check this old vid out. I should have one the world championship here but I wasn't on the politic side of things. http://youtu.be/HRgGQoTM-kg Posted via Mobile Device
