Re: 69 Olive Verde
Local guy welded up all my custom ac lines so all I have to do is get my length and oriantaion figured out so I can get them crimped. New steering linkage is on the way. I'm getting so close but my small to do list is still massive...sigh

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Installed all the steering linkage and gauges for hopefully the last time. Moved on to wiring and completed the front harness just have to complete a few power hookups and add fluids and this project should get a pulse finally. Really thought I had tons of space under the hood until I started cramming everything in there.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Intake came in and should work perfect only bad part is that it came in with a scratch top center. So instead of waiting for another I will just paint this one.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Not really exciting, just meant the air filter intake to the throttle body. Sorry if I lead anyone on there.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Its all good... I was thinking your "scope creep" was under control, since you have done so much to make that intake as pretty as a peach. This build you seem to be laser focused on what you want. Awesome work man!

Re: 69 Olive Verde
I had 99% of the details figured out before I started turning a wrench on this project. I guess most people buy a project and start building what they want for that project. Me...I build an idea and then go hunting for the pile of metal to turn into my idea. Not sure if that's good or bad or just plain silly.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Some of my back ordered parts started showing up just perfect timing as I was wrapping up the front end wiring so I could mount the grill but couldn't finish as I realized I had no hardware for the headlights but got it loosely installed for a picture.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Quick bumper picture. I've decided to lower the rear another inch. Small rake I can do but almost 2" no way.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Looks good. Couple questions for you. Where did you get your filler panels and the cover on your core support? On your rear drop of an inch where does that put you? Thanks.

Re: 69 Olive Verde
Under hood wiring is done. Also installed the 3" blocks in the rear to get it down another 1". I think it was a wise choice.
