thanks John! i ordered the rest of the gauges today! should be here tomorrow or the next day. i also ordered a sweet looking wilwood master cylinder so i can get the brake system finished up

here's a few progress pics from today. i built the switching valve/fuel pump harness from scratch!!! turned out very nice! took about 8 hours

but its well worth it. all the connections are factory weather pack connectors and the few splices i had to make are all soldered, shrink wrapped, taped, wire loomed, and mounted!

the switch/valve harness in the first pic is included in the painless?

heck i don't even know what to say besides THANK YOU BROTHER! the brackets are a thing of beauty for sure... makes those funky stock 4X10's or whatever they are look silly

i talked to Ben at OPP and he said he's waiting on the shipment of the clip on scrapers. should be next week he said... give me a call when you get a free minute

Looking good man, that's a lot new & NOS parts!!! Do you really like the 79 headlight bezels better than the 73-78 style??? I had a 79 prior to my 77 & really never liked the way the bezel goes down around the parking light. Just curious as you could have changed it since you were replacing it anyhow.

Do you really like the 79 headlight bezels better than the 73-78 style??? I had a 79 prior to my 77 & really never liked the way the bezel goes down around the parking light. Just curious as you could have changed it since you were replacing it anyhow.
