Re: My Facetruck thread.

Do you guys restore stuff? You know, just stuff. I always have gotten pleasure from taking a thing and giving it a freshen up. I use these screens in my small laundry room windows. I painted the room and added shelves, gave the room a thorough going over. So when it came time to open the windows I got to looking at those hardware store screens that have kept bugs out since '87 and thought, "I can make those look better". A couple minutes here, couple there, and I have freshened up screens... Whoopee!

A small thing but I need to do this. I haven't restored a vehicle in years and I miss it. Restoring a vehicle is a whole lot of small restoration projects roped into one. I've restored my vintage steel lawn furniture, the wood rockers and bench on the front porch, bird houses/feeders, and other small things around here lately. Just something to do with a little something to show for my time

Re: My Facetruck thread.

Washed the 77 . I hate to do it but I need to thin the herd . This and 68 are going this summer. Not money but I have 9 cars with hagerty ins. Just to much to keep up with when I posted the truck someone asked about the combo. Why is it I end up with unusual a Huskey 72 and a 77 with special two tone

John is doing the chemo, but it don't look good. One of our friends had a little impromptu car show this afternoon in John's honor. John truly enjoyed it.

Re: My Facetruck thread.

Larry, I think Amazon is building a DC in central TN. They have several going IIRC. A girl that used to work here at FedEx works for them now. She called my brother about a job working for them, but he ended up taking another one.

Re: My Facetruck thread.

I'll do quite a bit for my crew but not sure about the eating bugs part, the throwing up would be easy tho if I get past step 1

thinking he'll just get his chicken feed every other Tuesday like the rest of us

this guy hung around the yard for about 6 months and just disappeared, we all miss him.. he would just walk in my office like he owned the place
