Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
K20 chassis $1200 (has cab, title, SPID etc) https://lansing.craigslist.org/cto/6116669076.html
71 K10 short fleet https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/6097365286.html One odd thing about the listing, seller says will not sell without the extra parts in the ad, and there are lots of them. If you like the truck and want all the parts (some BIG parts, a motor, later model stuff, extra fenders, doors, etc), then it may be a great deal for you. I like the truck! https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/6097365286.html |

Saw that one... Its a very tempting good deal especially with the extra parts you could sell for some decent $ if that isn't the direction you want to go.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
Good observations - if buying this as a resto project or for originality, I'd definitely want to verify SPID vs cab tag VIN (and/or frame VIN). If buying as a good ol truck to enjoy and spuce up, still seems like a pretty decent deal - but IF one is interested in a 3x VIN match, looking close is a good idea. Even if not buying to fully resto - I'd want to make sure the VIN on the title matches the VIN on the cab metal tag, at a minimum. If that's all good, there should be no legal issues (depends where you live I guess). But yes, good catch on the SPID - no a/c, at a minimum, means that this cab was not born with this SPID, unless very carefully added later. Probably not the case though. Not sure where I gathered this was in Canada, ha. I know there were a few different CL area postings, but yes, in US, thanks for mentioning US$.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
thought my buddy Gunner would like you guys to know! He has a Oxblood NOS steering wheel on ebay. 1969 Chevrolet c10 - c30 pickups blazers and suburban nos steering wheel. New in box I have opened box for inspection as for damage none seen other than normal shelf wear. Comes with nos horn cap also. This is the holy grail of steering wheels. So bid to win as this may be the only one in this condition around. I do not believe this is even made by any aftermarket company's. This was available for one year only on 1969 production trucks. Nos steering wheels don't show up often , let alone Oxblood ones. I have this for sale locally as well
