Re: Project "What was I Thinking" 68 SWB

Keith, I believe that things will work out, one way or another, for the best. In the long run, whatever happens will be for a reason, and likely have a better ending than the path you didn't take. The forum will be here, and I'm sure most of us will still support you, project or not. My prayers are with you. Hang in there.

Keith, whatever had set you back there are many ways that could be worse. I believe you will find a way to make it all work out. You have a lot more than money invested and there are other things that are more important. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you work through this.

You know we are here for you if you need to vent...

Truck is looking awesome, Keith ! I hate to see the BBC go away but I totally understand the reasoning behind going LS. Best of luck with the house hunting !

Thanks Chris, my other option is to put fuel injection, a roller cam and overdrive on my current combo but after figuring up the cost of all that, I am probably better off swapping over to LS motor/trans dropout and put a cam in it. I am still on the fence about the swap even as I write this. Every time I look at my big block I love it. I don't know what I should do.

Thanks for the input Raul, if I did go LS I would definitely want the 6.0 but I'm still figuring out what I want to do. I know you have experience with both, what would be your personal choice? I guess what I'm asking is would you pull that big nasty big block out of your camaro for an LS?
