They are not original, probably like hayhauler71 said, but I really like how they look on that truck.

FlounderGDI, those caps do look like they belong there, nice clean stock looking. Nice truck to go along with them too.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Damn, nice compost, horse manure hauling trailer there. Do you make them things? Much better than 99% of the beds on the trucks on here, sad to say. LOL.

One was a Winter of 2004 project and the other a Winter of 2005 project. Used to haul cotton balls only!

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Oh, come on now, I'll bet you have so much fun doing it that you would be glad to get another project. Almost too nice for a trailer! Your beds ALMOST look as good as the bed on my dad's 71 GMC short step. We usewd white Oak and stainless steel strips. I would post a pic, but they are on the other PC. There are pics of it somewhere on this thread, though.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Is that wood or the plastic for the flooring?
That is way too nice for a trailer.

eagleuh1: Thanks... I really like them on the truck... The only way I knew they didn't belong was the fact that I got on here and hadn't seen them on any other trucks... After doing some research I now know my truck is nowhere near stock... but does have the stock look.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Troy the easiest way is to host the pic on photo bucket and copy and paste the link that starts with img in the body of your message.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
That truck is KILLER!! From one end to the other!
OK... I'll be the first one to ask about the for sale sign, If it is yours, why in the hell would you ever sell it? Unless you have another one just like it. I have one and I will never sell mine. Or you just bought it and haven't taken down the for sale sign? NOT
