The plate is nice, much better than the steel one I got, which was a bit thin and crude, to the point I had another one machined. Still steel though, I needed it thicker so I could countersink the flanges on 3/8" rivetnuts.

Don't know what's going on, but got the lines threaded. Don't use a wrench, unless you have 3-4 threads started by hand

Thanks Chad for watching, progress looks good on your truck
Been in contact with Petersen fluid to make a new power steering canister, don't want to use a 'T' fitting, so I'll add another -6 fitting to the can for the return. Drawing should be done Friday, and about a week to build, if the drawing is correct. They told me the fitting inside should have a bend, so to swirl the fluid and allow the air to separate. My plan is to mount it on the prop. valve bracket

Ordered my remanufactured power steering pump from NAPA yesterday, arrived this morning 8 am, 40.00 w/ core.

Pure choice motorsports, needed a an -6 female swivel to 90 degree bend 3/8" push on barb, for the low pressure port on the steering box Also, my SS socket head cap screw are about 1/2" long for the mount, so I'll have to get some shorter ones

Sure captain, 1972 350 cu. in. GMC jimmy and pick up
NAPA's part #38-5141, I bought mine w/o tank, you can get either way. No pulley and no mount, but was an exact match to mine. My pulley had a key If you get yours w/o tank, make sure you keep your mounting bolts for the tank, as it doesn't come with them, but does include the pressure port fitting
