Re: post all bagged c10 here

Well here are the pics I promised of my new rat/shop/hot rod truck... Its a 64 C10 350 with a 700R4 and a 3:42 posi rear.. Porterbuilt Dropmember with ART control arms, KP notch with 2 inch blocks... 91 Chevy seat with the frame cut down and recovered black/houndstooth. 19 gallon fuel tank between the rear frame rails. bed floor was raised so the floor was still flat... truck drives so freakin nice its unreal... Front inner fenders fabbed and hinges moved to firewall.. All the logos are new but weathered to look old.. They are from dragstips in the local area that closed in the late 70's Don't pay attention to the date stamp on the pics...

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

The hinges on mine are off of a 57 chevy pick up... They are attached to a piece of 2x4 square stock welded to the firewall. Save your self the time and effort and call Nate at Porterbilt back.. He now makes brackets to mount the stock hinges to... Well worth the $$$
