Stock mirrors IDK

The frame is sittin' on the axle with SUA, and the front probably has cut springs. The guy I bought it from bought it from the 1st owner who started lowering it and never finished. It will go into surgery later this year or next year. Gotta finish the S-10 first though.

maybe you need to learn to read? (i'm not trying to flame, i just take some offense to being called a ricer) trying to mimic the matte black hoods on old mopars.
even though i'm not elmulating anyone i think it looks good, the decision to go black was made because my new $500 hood was primered grey and it looked bad the cowl will get blacked eventually..

Whoa...Simar down....You asked has anyone seen trucks with black hoods? I didn't say you specifically were a ricer. I was just making a generalized statement. I understand that cowl hoods and parts in general come primered. Sorry this is what I was thinking when I Read the question....

lol definantly misunderstood you, i would never paint my hood black for that purpose.
however a black and silver paint job may be in the works but it'll be the whole top of the truck.

i just noticed how after i primered my cowl hood black out of neccesity (it was primered grey with a rust spot) alot of trucks i saw every friday and saturday night at the local hangout started primering perfectly good painted hoods black... most notably a guy with a '72 c-10 that was a beautiful light blue primered over a perfect paintjob
