Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

I have an 85 original except for the rear bumper. Needs paint but low mileage ride.

Thinking of putting it up for sale.

Hey All.....Happy 2006.

The newsletter helped me find this thread, so I'll post up a couple:

Heading to Moab in 2003:

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Got the newsletter this weekend - haven't been on the Board for ages - so I thought I'd throw in another K5 for the list.

Do I have to say it? (Hope I don't get in trouble for saying that since I haven't subscribed yet - but I will subscribe)

Luv the great pics of all the cool Blazers that's been posted since summer on this thread.

I wish mine looked 1/2 as good as some of them - but, my Burb is the project in the works first.

Man, I need to get back to checking out this Board more often I'd better change my sig too, since it's winter now.

Joe

Welcome back, and YES it is against the rules to post for sale adds
if you are not a subscriber, I would just delete the link until you've
had a chance to subscribe, btw it is a good deal for the money

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

First I am going to build a 441 headed 350 with a CompCam 4X4 cam building for stump pulling torque, shift kit and better torque converter it already has a rebuilt transmission just needs a firmer shift. I also am putting disc front brakes on it from a 73 blazer I am also getting for parts. It needs ball joints and suspension work I am thinking of a 2.5 soft ride and running 33X10.5 on GM ralleys with new shocks and a front swaybar. Then that terrible paint and stripes have to go after some very minor rust repair. I would like to have it painted a nice dark red and then I will restore the interior. I want to make this my daily driver, it just needs lots of time and $$.

I just rememebr it being a board memebers by the steering wheel and it being viper red. The guy i bought it from has only owned it for 2 months, bought it did some stuff to it and sold it becuase he wanted to work on his jimmy or somthing.

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

This is my 1972 Blazer.
It has 200 miles on a brand new 330 hp gm crate i installed last weekend.

There are some beautiful rigs in this forum. Nice work guys.

I had to do an update. I just added a winch and 36x15x15 swampers.
