Nice clean work, I'd have a hard time putting my feet on the floor.

Re: 64 c10 build

Thanks guys!! I did buy the GMC but it won't be around too long I hope.

I was off last Monday so we got the cab undercoated and on the frame. I couldn't stop there so we bolted everything together making sure everything lined up correctly. A few weeks ago I scored 2 Bbw panels witch one I sold to another forum member and the other will be used on Ruckus!

Re: 64 c10 build

So not much truck time here lately. We've wanted to build a house for a long time so a few years ago we bought 20 acres outside of town.

All of last weekend was spent on the dozer and I got it again this weekend.

Removing some of the trees where we want to put the house.

No idea when I will start construction.

Re: 64 c10 build

So after 2 weekends of running the dozer from daylight to past dark here's what it looks like. I still need to take a tractor out there to rake and seed.

If I build a new shop it would sit nicely here!

Flat area beside my truck is for the house!

Re: 64 c10 build

Back to the build! I started the big window conversion on ruckus. I will sand and prime the inside and install sound deadening before the final install. I also took the seat, steering wheel, visor and armrests to a local upholstery shop a few months ago. I'm not completely happy with the seat. Everything else turned out nice.

Re: 64 c10 build

You really are getting on with stuff Paul.

Sorry you were not happy with the seat.

Hopefully they will see it your way and fix it.

Re: 64 c10 build

No luck during rifle season I seen a lot of deer just not the one I waned.

So back to the trucks.

I got the inside panel complete in so its officially a bbw truck now.

The dash in Ruckus is removable.

The wheels I planned on putting on Ruckus. With the 4 wheels disc brakes I'd have to run wheel spacers so I'm on the look out for some 73 up steel wheels the will clear the breaks but still allow me to run the dogdish caps

Something I'm working on for my Never Enough truck. c10 glove box to match the tailgate
