My 2008 sierra with only 20k mikes that i regret selling but was a really good offer i couldnt pass. Started as a head and cam 5.3 it blew up and went with a forged ls2 with all the goodies and holley intake fully built 4l70 with transbreak and all.when i first started it i we put a base tune and went 12.3 n/a on the bogarts and then did a better tune only got to ran one more time on the 20s with street tires and ran the same 12.3 feather footing at the start

Needs a GMC Sierra bed, or the SUV fender openings molded on in the rear. The difference in the fender opening kills it.

My daughter has an 98 black Silverado too. I have blacked out the grille,bumper and emblems for her. Since she had a small incident with the rt. bumper end I just replaced both with fog lamp ends and lamps. I havn't gotten them wired yet so will post pics when done.

Hello All, I have been a long time member, I have had a few of the generations (67', 72', 94' and now 08') and am back with a "new" truck again.... Anyway, I recently picked up a basic (W/T) 08' Sierra 1500 ext cab, 6.5' 4wd, 4.8l and wanted to join back in. I have already upgraded to new GM take off 17" wheels and tires to ditch the horrible wheel/tire setup it had. Also added molded mud guards and tube steps, waiting on my order of lugnut covers to come in.
