Re: My First

UPDATE TIME.......

Well my 283 did well for a little while..... Now on to bigger and better!

New ZZ4 crate motor with new LT4 Hot Cam and 1.6 rockers. Looks like a is in my future. I know so I will try to post some of the engine tonight.

I am using a trusted friend and mechanic to install so I do not have warranty issues.

Let me know if any one has any comments about the LT4 hot cam, it is not much over the zz4 but a little more lope and just barely an increase in HP / Torque. I wanted a small cam due to my power brake setup and small torque converter. I may upgrade the heads in the future but for now I should see 100HP more than I had so I can't wait!

Re: My First

Killer build. Very impressive build. Im glad you too the step to do the body work (welding on the firewall) yourself. I love the paint scheme and the extra steps youve taken to make it your own... keep it up!

Thank you very much. I really want another project like this one to learn more of the metal and body work side. Reading about the craftsman ship and passion that everyone puts into these projects is what makes this board so awesome and I appreciate your comments.
