update i finally got to the fenders took me a while to get them just right the gap at the bottom were it meets the wheel tubs is down to 1/4 or so and finished installing the booster relocator. I welded sum angle iorn and drilled the extruding part to make it removalble if ever needed

as for the radiator core support i shaved all the holes including the battery tray as i will relocate the battery and trimmed the lip that is around the radiator opening as I want it to sit flush.

Update started on the body work, took this down to bare metal, will shoot Valspar direct to metal and rage extreme for body filler

Here are a few pics of the progress. The bottom belly and the frame where painted using valspar self etch primer then a pass with PCL then shot with a single stage valspar vivid blue purl. Frame was dusty when pics were taken

Body is 100% rust free and all extrior trim holes have been plugd, here are some pics of the body. I used a a 40 grit first to chew the paint offf then hit it with an 80.

man i wish i had the time and place to do what your doing to your square. heck i would just settle for a good paint job nice job... but seriously after taking photos with the d700... the cell phone pix just dont work for me.. lol
