I'll do my best. Who knows where my scattered brain will be at that particular moment.

Truck is packed and serviced . So I’ll be getting on the road pretty early . Not sure where I’ll spend the night . Meeting some guys from the MD C10 club Thursday afternoon at the new Buc-ee’s in Crossville TN.

And of course I just buffed and waxed it and it’s raining

Re: Made my hotel reservations for the Southeast Truck Nationals

I will try to post in more detail when I get home.
Some one hit the bridge at the Watertown and Lebanon exit the one at the fairgrounds. The ramp you would get off if you are coming from the Nashville side is still closed.
The best detour is the hwy 231 exit.

Some moron hit the bridge back in April. It looks like it's fixed, but for some reason it's not open yet. Maybe they are waiting on inspection from the state.

If I was you, I'd come down Hwy 109 and cut over on Hwy 70. Stay away from I-40 getting there.

Re: Made my hotel reservations for the Southeast Truck Nationals

Finally settling in for the night.

About the bridge issue.
Lebanon is a Lot easier to navigate than it was years ago.
#Option 1
Exit 239 is the Lebanon/Watertown Exit.

This is the exit that the ramp is closed.
The ramp that is closed is headed to the Fairgrounds.
You can still exit going towards Watertown.
Then you can turn (BacK) around up the road after the redlight.
Then you will be making a right turn into Payton Road.

#Option 2
Exit 238 is the Lebanon / Hartsville

You can use this also.
Best option is to turn to the south.
Go to Speedway gas station Redlight.
There are Detour signs in place.
Turn left here.
Go straight till it ends on Hwy 70.
Then Turn left.
Then turn right on Payton road and you are there.

#Option 3
Exit 236 is Hartman Drive.

There is several roads that connect that will take you east to the Fairgrounds.

P.S. as the Crow flys you can use Bluebird Road right pass the Fairgrounds on the West side and then you can turn right on Payton road and come in on the back side. Getter-Done

The hotel I’m staying at is exit 238 which makes it easy for me . I’ll just use local roads to get to the fairgrounds

Re: Made my hotel reservations for the Southeast Truck Nationals

Drove thru heavy rain driving down from central Indiana today. Also encountered a traffic backup on 231 and was rerouted. Kind of weird, same thing happened last year on 231 both coming and going. 231 seems to have a lot of accidents. Looking foward to show, hope weather cooperates.

I’m way over on the far end but did find some shade. I drove 6 hours this morning so didn’t get here until about 10 local time. Tomorrow I’ll try to get a little closer to the middle under some of those trees.
