Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
That looks like the color my K10 would have been if it still had paint . Except mine had a blue top . California Desert truck .

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
Dale, your truck almost looks out of place in a residential area. It's a natural for down on the farm or out in the woods. BTW I say that as a sincere compliment towards your truck!
Agreed..... what's not to love?

Here's one from my ranch last week. I hope you like it better. Never mind the finger though.

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
I know a lot of guys like the trim rings but I think the wheels look great without them. I especially like the bigger windows of the 4x4 rallys as opposed to the 2-wheel drive versions.

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
Me too. This truck is so bare bones that the trim rings seemed like lipstick on a pig.

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
Bringing this one back from the dead a little bit. Where is the best place to get some 15 x 8 6 lug steelies? I see them everywhere, but haven't came up with a great answer on best place to buy them. I see mixed reviews on backspacing and what can fit on a 72 k10, etc. I've got the caps already, just need me some steelies.
Thanks!

I don't know the exact backspacing but could measure a spare rim if needed. |
