Billet Radio Plate for cut dash...opinions?

For those of you that bought a billet radio bezel and haven't installed it yet, I noticed yesterday that a few of the tapped holes are a little shallow, which may cause the fastener to bottom out in the hole before the bezel snugged against the dash. If that happens just add an extra #8 washer. They are less than 10 cents each at any Ace or True Value hardware store.

This may not even be an issue, but just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Sorry about that, I checked a couple bezels out of the batch, just assumed they were consistent.

Just wondering if anyone knows how else to get ahold of Jared on these? I submitted a Paypal payment for a bezel back on 10/29, but I still haven't received it. never got a tracking number or any sort of conformation that it was being shipped either.

I also sent a PM last Saturday (10/8) asking about it, but no response.

I wouldn't be so quick on this fellas....looks like I'm about to have to submit a Paypal dispute myself. I paid promptly back on 10/29 (2 weeks ago), and still have received nothing. Not even as much as a response saying if and when the item would ship out....I paid him, then he went dark...never heard from him again!

No item, no replies to PM's or emails....just silence for $93! Ouch!!

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner, I haven't been on the internet in over a week. I've been super busy at work and these bezels are just a side hobby for me. Your bezel is boxed up and ready to ship, but if you'd rather have a refund I will gladly refund your money. I've sold 40 or so of these and haven't had a single complaint, other than a bit of a delay from time to time. If I was a business I could guarantee a quick turn-around, but the cost would be much higher to cover the overhead of a business. Again, sorry for the delay. Let me know if you still want the bezel.

i know mahanian,
and i will tell you that he is a straight up guy. if he has not gotten back to you, it is as he has said. he does not do this to make money he loves these trucks! i have seen these bezels in person & i promise they are worth atleast what he has asked, if not more. he takes a lot of time to finish them to a mirror finish. i understand the anciness wanting these, please be patient & he will for sure get it to you if still wanted. i have not bought one, only because it is not what i am doing on my interior. if i was needing to i would buy it with no hesitations what so ever. i just wanted to share my experience of him & to give a nuetral (hope) opinion on this situation.

I understand and can appreciate that this is not a business, but how hard would it have been to just send a simple email or PM once you have a mans money....or at least set expectations up front that there would be a delay? If you would have just said it would take a couple weeks up front I would have been entirely cool with that, but total silence for 2 weeks after you've been paid just seems unacceptable to me....especially these days when it's already risky to do business over the internet.

If it's not shipping out in the next day or so just issue a refund...I'll figure something else out.

Update: Bezel showed today in the mail. It is a very nice piece, just as described - very well packaged with instructions, fasteners, polish cloth, etc.

I'll update with pics once I get some time to install it, I can already tell that it is going to look really nice!

Sorry, I'm not trying to violate any site rules, I was a paid site vendor when this thread transitioned to an advertisement and I was a paid vendor for several months. Since my vendor status expired I haven't posted advertising any for sale and I haven't replied in this post except when someone posted negative information about me.
