Nothing at the moment, I havn't touched it since september, been busy with side jobs, but I will be making some progress soon hopefully.

Ive been trying to get my brakes lined out, but cant get any petal. I have bleed them every way possible. I tried using a vacuum pump, tried using a oil can to pump fluid from fitting back to master, tried the two person method(one pumping petal one bleeding), I had bench bled the master cylinder before I started to what I thought was good. I am at a loss here.

Any Ideas?

I would re-think using only a frame mounted cooler for your trans. You'll be hard pressed to find a trans builder who will ever recommend using that type of cooler only. Most want you to use the trans cooler in your radiator...why? Because water will transfer and remove far more heat than any air cooled version, not to mention bringing your trans to operating temp quicker on cold days. And, as posted by another forum member, you have little to no air flow in that location. Just my .02..been doing this for 30 years...learned the hard way.

I appreciate your concern, but I think for my application it will be adequate. I have never heard of transmission failure from being too cold. I have a 12v fan with thermo switch and a temp gauge for re-assurance of trans over heating.

I installed an electric fan and aluminum fan shroud from jegs. Fan is controled from the PCM. It was 80deg in the shop today and the fan cycles on for very little time to maintain temperature at an idle.

Still no luck on the brakes. Im using dot 5 fluid and have read that it is very tedious to bleed correctly. So, maybe I still just have air in the system, if so, I don't know how to bleed this fluid properly.

Got fluid at all wheels, can see the calipers tighten up when petal is pressed, the petal will go all the way to the floor with little resistance when truck is started. With truck off, you can pump the petal and it gets firm and will hold pressure.

brakes are fixed! I moved the push rod on the brake petal from the top hole, which was straight in line with the booster, to a hole about 2 inches further down on the petal. Doing so, puts the push rod at an angle, giving the brake petal less leverage, and now feels right.

So, I was out in front of my shop mocking up my fuel filler neck on the bed from my parts truck, had been messing with it for a while and couldn't really come up with anything, so I stepped back to think a minute and looked to my left and this is what I saw chilling out beside me! Two copperheads! within just a few feet of me!

Installed a vintage air genII compact system. all works except the heater control valve will not close. Only thing i can figure is the valve is bad, or the lever control isnt functioning properly. everything else on the system functions correctly.

I just read the entire build to get caught-up, but I have a few questions...
I really like that color, what is it used on?...Do you have a code?
I am not sure from the photo's, but won't your pan-hard bar hit the frame long before your rear axle is up into the c-notch?
Will you run a risk of the fuel boiling in the fuel-rails by not running a return line to the tank, and constantly recirculating the fuel?
Do you think that your transmission fluid will heat up running back and forth over your exhaust that close to the header collector?
just a couple things to consider, or look into.

Thanks! Color is vibrant blue, not sure what from but I will get the code next time I'm at my shop. The fuel line has a return, it returns from the filter/regulator on the frame rail. Good eye on the pan bar, I have since moved it to clear. I plan on putting a heat shield between the exaust and trans lines.

No recent progress...I plan to modify the factory e-brake setup by mounting the ebrake crossmember upside-down on the trans cross member. If that don't pan out, i will use a pinion mount brake setup.
