once again great. There will come a day that you dont post pictures and we will be disappointed. We are spoiled with your build and your picture posting.

Question: You have a step out that comes out from the rear wall does not go all the way to each side and stops. You then have a piece for the seatbelts. Why did you not run the step out all the way to the sides?

good Q. the step out was intended only to acommodate the battery
so i kept it the same lenght as the seat frame, but your probably right it would
have been less work having it run over the full lenght.

that would have ment less pic's and a sooner finished truck

tonight i have cut a hole for the battery
and made 2 seat belt buckle brackets

grind most of it with a die grinder. and smooth the rest of it out with aluminum bondo (Debrasel Alsi 12)

have been working on the battery tray
first i made a level base to attach the tray to



and here one with my dummy battery


on the other side it will accommodate an air compressor for a train horn
i will also add a small buffer tank (2.5 liter) next to it


also bought some tank sealer for the fueltank that i made, it does not leak but
just to be sure it never will

got some goodies in today from our parts drop-off in texas

aircleaner



custom made aluminum driveshaft



also got flowmaster mufflers and some lokar stuf dipstick, gaspadel and cable's etc

also ordered the wheels last week (finaly) first we where looking at
Raceline wheels but it appears they dont need to sell to stay in business

so the search went on, and we ended up buying these from Intro.

front 18x8 and rear 18x12

Lots to see here, and comment on. Just found the build, so, I've read it for a while. Good stuff. Its the kind I search for on the net to feed my addiction. Keep it up. Looks like you also have photography as a hobby judging by your pictures.

Thats all I can think of. I'll be following this.

no its ''just'' a hobby (or better said an obsession maybe....)
the garage/space is from my uncle and most of the tools are mine
the building is divided in 2, in a garage and showroom for our cars

yep Hans and Bianca are a Gift , our wheels will be ready in abouth 6/7 weeks
and will head to texas for shipping too

Man! Its like Hotrod Christmas in there! All thats missing is a Christmas tree. Is the work area sectioned off from the work space? I imagine it be hard to keep the dust off the finished cars if it wasn't.

Reading it again, I see you said "sectioned off" Neat place. Bet you don't really need a living room, well, maybe for the wife.

You will not be disappointed in Intros!!! I have some Pentias and they are finely crafted and beautiful quality wheels. One thing I would do on mine is to get some good sealer like from Master Formula and seal them up really well before I ever put tires on. I learned that lesson the hard way by not doing it.

do you mean to protect the outside from the elements ?

put on some of the goodies that came in yesterday.

billet plug wire separators in place




also installed a Master battery disconnect and test fit the optima battery
