Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Sorry to disappoint ya Scott.
I hope to spend some time on it this weekend. The weather is supposed to be decent. Working out of town while we were having that great weather sucked. If I feel froggy tonight I might get something done Quote:

Re: My Crew Cab Short Bed Project, AKA "Project Destiny"
Worked on the firewall a bit tonight....
Cut out the spare firewall. Cut out the crew firewall. Test fit. View from the inside. Got a couple little spots to fill in by the heater core holes. That's as far as I got tonight, I still need to do some clean up before I weld it up. I chose to lap weld it, I figured a butt weld would be a pain in the butt Hopefully I'll get it welded tomorrow and then I will be able to start putting the truck back together.....

it was a non A/C cab that they added A/C to. It would have been fine as it was, and no one would have seen it....but I would have known and it would have bugged me. yep, hopefully I'll have the new harness in today. I need to go pick up an intake gasket and water pump gaskets so I can get the TBI and serp set up on.
