Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II
Well i made some progress forward and then a whole lot backwards. the forward progress is that i got the other front cab mount gusset done and redesigned the rear one, and made the other side. Now for the backwards progress i decide to ditch the canti setup as i couldnt get it the way i wanted so im going with the bag on the bars like the old setup, but im going to make a new upper wishbone out of round tube. Not to happy about this but I want to get this done and cant afford to spend more time on the canti setup. thois setup will be functional and simplier.
So here are the pictures. Cab mounts Redesigned rear mounts. And the rear setup progress.... Justin

To the top of the roof is about 50 1/2 inches, my above guess was way off haha.

Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II
Well i got the link setup put back together, i reused the old wishbone because io didnt have enough DOM tubing to make a new one and didnt want to cut the other bars up. so i reworked the wishbone so it looks a little better. the only thing i need to do now is make longer tabs for the axle end, to raise the bar, as the front mount in to low for my liking and proable will hit the driveshaft.
anyways heres the pictures... Justin

Re: [Project] "Fnlow69" PART II
Just a thought, but what do u think of doin suicide doors? It would certainly flow with everything you've done this far. I love the fact that you're your own worst critic and don't let anything slide by unchecked and not absolutely perfect. Keep up the great work my friend.
