Thanks guys, we are doing some "teaser" videos, leading up to a full from start to finish final video! I do like the music better in this one, it suits the truck a little better

I never realized how rough the firewall was, much less brand new inner fenders..., at least she is back on 4 tires, hopefully I can pose some pics of some black paint this week!

I've been saying I have truck fever....I picked up a 63, Fleetside, SWB, 3 on the tree, 6cyl truck today, its a little rough, runs great....Pics soon to come!

The base coat is laid down, had a run or two but no biggie, a little wet sanding and some clear should make it all good,,,hopefully

Inching right along.....The wheel side of the inner fenders is finished up with a line-x type product, getting ready to repaint the frame, then shoot clear then to assembly....

I'm trying to read up on the 66 model and I cannot seem to find any info on this particular subject, this truck looks like the paint between the side trim was red on the door but white on the bed, everyone I look at is one color not two ....does this make sense ?

Normally, like you mentioned, the stripe is one color (white most of the time). I would say the red is red primer worn through. Very nice truck, Christmas present!
