Re: "G&S project"
Man, you wouldn't believe the tools that my stepdad had. Got the kitchen and the living room full of 31 gallon tubs of assorted tools. Mostly electronic stuff. He was a retired television repairman. Worked for NASA in the mid-60's. So we'll have plenty of stuff to work with now. So next weekend we'll probably start working back on the truck again, as we have gotten everything sorted in his estate. Like I said before, the cowl hood looks good on the etch-a-sketch

Re: "G&S project"
Well, we start on the cowl hood fabrication Saturday. Post some pics then. I'm sure it won't be completed. The welder we had had to go back to it's owner for a short period. So we'll just get everything cut and mocked up. Wish me luck.

Re: "G&S project"
Got a new addition to the family. A 1993 Cadillac DeVille. Belonged to my stepdad. We'll get some pics up the next day or so. He didn't drive it enough to keep the battery fully charged. Gotta get a good battery for it. It's white on blue interior, 4 door. Nice looking car.
I would like to thank Ken {N2TRUX} for changing the title of our build. This has made our whole family very happy. Thanks for reading. |

Re: "G&S project"
oh yeah the truck is about 25 miles away from where we are now in a garage, so we haven't worked on it in the last 2 weekends. needless to say for personal reasons. so pics will come.

Re: "G&S project"
I just joined this past week and have been reading your progress on your build. I wanted to let you know there is one more person praying for you and family. You definately inspire me with the build I just started. I too am confined to the O'l driveway for all of my work. I have the tools, experience, but just not the space. I hope to post some pics of my build soon. I look forward to more from you.
