That is what I am going to do is make my own bed wood. It really isn't that hard. I have been working with wood for near 30 years. Looks good man keep up the good work. I also going to raise my bed 4 1/2 inches. Just for looks.

you going to the swap meet this weekend? by chanve you wouldnt be interestred in making the wood for my short stepper? same type wood?
