My newly aquired 1970 GMC C-20.

75K original miles, original paint truck.

Still has original split rims on it too, including the spare.

Re: Lets see your truck!

My parents purchased this GMC new in 1970. When it was my Dads he had a 10 1/2 foot camper on it.

Here is how this truck looked like in the 70s.

Re: Lets see your truck!

I couldn't remember if I posted pics of my all original 89,000 mile 70 Longhorn in this thread or not so I looked thru all the pages and I didn't. What awesome trucks guys and I love to see them! Here's my all original Longhorn, I'm the second owner. Still rolling on the split rims!

Re: Lets see your truck!

Picked this up a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I hurt my back (again) so I haven't had a chance to mess with it too much. Just fixing mechanical and driving. Bagged in the front. Going to 4 link and bag the rear (static in rear right now) put in some AC, put on EFI and daily drive it.

Man, that looks sweet.

Sorry to hear about your back. I had surgery on mine over eighteen years ago but it still gives me problems from time to time.

I remember seeing this build on here. Very unique suspension mod. Step notch frame with leaf springs, right? Good looking truck.
