It does lift up but the only thing under it will be a nicely detailed frame and my accuair valve body

Most everyone's opinion on the fender was "I don't know " or " I would have to see that" which I agree....I haven't showed either one of them what it looks like across the bridge of the hood..........whoops..........lol.........jim
