Hi Keith, no water damage as we live on the western side of the county.

I am glad you are ok. A lot of good people are hurting from the flood waters.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Thank you; yes there are many families that have lost everything, its very sad to see, there was actually higher water levels and more damage than from Floyd in '99.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
I am pretty positive the rearend didn't move front to back at all. The kit does have a drop built into it which I think was about 3 inches.

I really like your bed color. Do you remember the brand and color name? What polyurethane finish did you use?

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Hi Dan,
The color stain I used was Sedona Red by Minwax followed by 10 coats of Spar Urethane also by Minwax. I used 0000 steel wool between each coat. I just thought that shade really blended with the color of my truck. Thanks

Sweet, nice, beautiful paint/color! Same as the first AD that caught my eye when I was a kid. It had wire wheels but I like yours better...can't beat burgundy with cream wheels.

Owned for the last 34 years and counting, never been off the frame, never had a full "nut and bolt" restoration. Just a survivor, tried to keep her running and gussied up nice. Stock 216, 3-on the tree, slow and steady as she goes...
