I rarely do shows. The farthest I've been your way is the Auburn poker run/ car show.

Ok am I missing something? Other than some wax, what is it that you need to do? Or maybe I should ask, what do you plan to do?

That is a nice STRAIGHT truck! Is it all original? It looks like it even has the original paint! If so, someone took great care of it! It looks like you could polish it up and go! I did notice that the grill isnt original, I have been curios about those grills and thought about getting one for my 69 C-10, I have seen them like that with the "chevrolet" lettering missing, is the grill close to an original? It sure looks nice! Aaron

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

This is my new 1967 Chevy. The guy I got it from wanted side marker lights so he took off the 67 fenders and put on 68 fenders. He did give me the 67 fenders. I am going to switch them back.

I'm in town as well.... heading up to the cruise-in this weekend? Haven't seen the truck in town before.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Here's a couple pics of my 69. Had it for almost 2 years now. 350 w/ 3 on the tree. Lowered 3.5" front and 5" in back. Trying to get my exhaust redone these days.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Sorry it's taken me a few days to get back on here. Thanks for the compliments. As for the questions:

Carpet and floormats came that way when I bought it. I'm not sure if you can tell in the pics, but the chevy bowtie is in the floormats. I assume it's stock carpet though.

Wheel and tire sizes are: front 255/60/15 on 15x7 rims
back 275/60/15 on 15x8

Finally got my exhaust done although it came at a big price. On the way to the shop, the flatbed operator didn't hook up the chain very well to keep my truck from rolling backwards (and left it in neutral). Stopped at a light and my truck rolled back and smashed into cab of flatbed. Minor bumper damage, taillight and trim smashed, and the bumper pushed in and crumpled the sheetmetal a bit. It's being taken care of next week and they're paying for it of course. But it's still a pain in the ***.

Thanks again for compliments.

Mike
