Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

OK - OK, I got one night of work in and hung the receiver hitch I built. Then I started to hang the rear bumper, but I still have to design and build mounting brackets.

I think someone must have watered my wiring loom.

I have another 6 liter Denali engine and a 2002 Silverado truck to part out.

......and yes I am still building a bungalow.

Are your wiring connectors all corroded or something? nice job on getting the hitch installed. Man, you come up with a lot of those trucks!

Your truck looks so nice, too bad someone threw up all that spaghetti on your floor. I don't know where you get your energy. I do home projects OR car projects. If I did both I wouldn't sleep. Luckily I'm almost done with one and can start on the other

None of his right handed hammers have come back from calibration yet so the remodel is going slow.

Nah, someone watered them and they grew 6 feet and 10 branches.

This was at 9 am this morning, I'm just now getting down and I am whipped. We did get tar paper and shingles on most of it though!

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

I have very recent memories of being on the roof. Not something I want to do very often. I'm not afraid of the height, but the angle kills my legs. I spent one weekend sheathing my roof and the next installing the shingles. I have a 9-12 pitch.

Hey Drew ...looking good... have you used..... ..Titanium roof paper UDL30 www.interwrap.com. is about $125-$145 a 1000 sq ft roll...but is equal to 10 rolls of felt. Very strong. I had it on the roof for a least a month before getting it covered with shingle.

WOW, That would be slippery I wonder how those little "plastic" nubs keep you from slipping.. bad enough on tarpaper on the slope but go and put a product like Tyvec or Typar on that slope and that would make a quick ride down.

I see a bunch of Canadian cities in there ads, so Im assuming it must be good, or our Workmens Compensation Board would squashed it real quick.

Never used it, but I will look into it for the next job

It has a web embedded in, any frost or ice would be slippery. IMO 10x better than tar paper.

Yes, I removed 1/3 of my roof today on the house, I'll have a picture in the morning.

Oh, you meant truck - didn't you. Sorry. I showed it to someone today - does that count?

Thanks for asking. I did find an upholstery shop to do the headliner.

Our new dogtrot plan.

Or

The bulldozer got away from me.

I can hardly type tonight, I ran a jackhammer all day on the old foyer brick floor.
