Re: What's your trucks name ?

The only vehicle I ever named was a 79 toyota 4x4. it was lifted and still had the stock 90 horsepower 2.2 liter 20R engine. It was slow but fun, I called it "Bullet"

For my current truck I was thinking the Star Destroyer

You know, one of these:

And I did get these floor mats:

Re: What's your trucks name ?

I call mine 2Dogs! It's a native american thing. Growing up all my buds called me 2Dogs. Comes from the old joke about how little indian braves get their names. The joke goes: The little brave asks his wise grandfather, how do we get our names? Well says the wise grandfather, when you are born the first thing your father sees when he comes out of the teepee that is your name. Soaring Eagle, Running Deer, Rising Sun, etc. Why do you ask 2 Dogs F##king?

Re: What's your trucks name ?

"Trouble" I bought my 71 not only because I like it, but working on it would keep me out of trouble. But sometimes working on it too much causes trouble. And sometimes I work on it to get away from my troubles.

Re: What's your trucks name ?

Mine comes from the Spanish slang word for 'a lot'.
A lot of time, a lot of money, a lot of work and a lot of patience. At least the end is in sight now!

Love the extra holes in the core support. Interested in knowing how much more cooling you believe you get from the mod?

My buddy had a truck in high school that looked a lot like yours .We called it fruity. Or the fruit truck. He bought it off of a man who used it in an Apple orchard for about 25 years. He put a screaming 350 sbc in it , and no one could touch old fruity in the quarter.

Re: What's your trucks name ?

This one is fixing to be painted white just like all my other hot rods. Hence the name ghost, but it also doubles over because first you see my taillights then it vanishes !!

Guys on the high school track and cross country teams called my son "White Lightning" because he was the only guy on the team that was white...and he ran like lightning! He could outrun my wife (and ride a bicycle with no training wheels) when he was only three. Survival of the fittest, escaping that predator! lol

Oh, yeah, "Big Orange"
