Re: '67 Short Step #2
I should be fixing it tonight. It's been too hot and humid to even want to mess with it here.

Re: '67 Short Step #2
I got my bed strips painted and ready to install. I found some cherry wood that I'm going to try and use, something different than the cookie cutter oak and pine floors.
Then I decided my garage floor needed some artwork. Hopefully I can have the wood finished before the All Truck Nationals. I'll keep you posted. |

NICE Floor!
I think I need to do mine the same way. The oil spots seem so lonely

Re: '67 Short Step #2
No real progress. I wanted to finish the bedwood but I haven't had the time yet. I have no idea what blue bat is. This is all I could come up with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Blue_Bat

Re: '67 Short Step #2
That is the kind of spare kit that will be REALLY useful down here in Mississippi and Louisanna.

Re: '67 Short Step #2
You know a spare tire isn't even an option on some of the new Hybrid vehicles. All you get is a small compressor and can of fix-a-flat! Not even kidding.

kyull67,... I saw your truck at the Midwest All Truck Nats yesterday. Looks nice! What kind of gas mileage are you getting of of the six cylinder?

Re: '67 Short Step #2
Kyle, it was great meeting with you, and the truck looks awesome. I was wanting to ask the same question that lolife99 did, what kind of MPG are you getting?
And... you should know, racking up over 900+ miles in three months...
