Re: 1969 Camaro "Yenko" Clone
IT'S GONE!!!!! WHAT AM I TO DO!!!!!
LOL. Well, it is official all the parts are now at the body shop, getting primed, jambed and some paint. The car left today on the deck truck, a friend came and did it for me, I had to work, so thanks Curtis. Oh, and thank you Ty from Brad's for the deck truck. Here is some pics of the car and finally a little color, this is the color under the hood, a semi gloss, and the strips will be a full gloss.

Very cool James! Now for me is the worst part. reassembling the complete project, trying not to scratch anything and trying to fond all the stuff that is hiding from the tear down.

Color looks great!
I had thought the owner wanted to do a copy of a green Yenko car? Or will this color have the Yenko graphics?

I KNOW, I KNOW, must just be killing you knowing that you will get to drive this car one day, if you are real nice to your dad!!! HEHE.
Yuppers That it is. Well, to be honest, it started out as a Yenko clone then kind took a 180 degree turn into the the dark side, wahahahaha. No more clone here, just plain awesomeness!!!!! Party on!!!!!

Re: 1969 Camaro "Yenko" Clone
Yesterday I went out to the shop with the intentions to get some color on to the engine and parts. COMPLETED!!!!! Spent the day, prepping the block, trans and diff for color, then made a makeshift booth in the garage, never to be done again! This color is hard to spray without the proper lighting, it is so transparent it is not even funny, but all in alll, it turned out well.
GRAHAM, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!! HOPE YOU ENJOY THESE, AND TO LET YOU KNOW, THIS THING WILL MATCH THE MONTE CARLO GREAT!!!! BTW, do you guys think that these engine and trans mounts would have lasted much longer? LOL. Onto some pics.

Re: 1969 Camaro "Yenko" Clone
BTW, this is the Kolor, ir is HOUSE OF KOLOR'S: KETCHME KOPPER
Here is member 69trk's truck with this color on it, thanks for the pic. Also, remember when I said I needed proper lighting, I meant it, I got the color a little dark, but outside you can not tell. really hard to spray a transparent color into all those little nooks and crannies with out the proper stuff.
