Re: Project: Ginger

Very clean and nice truck. Look forward to seeing more pics and exspecially the finished one. I'm building a 72 K20 and I want to paint it the Copper or Bronze color that you picked. I wanted to if you would tell me the paint code or name.

The glovebox door says "4522 Bronze".
The 522 paint code said "Copper Poly".

Re: Project: Ginger

Thanks for letting me know. I will check out the 522 paint. We are about a week away from paint and I still haven't nailed down a color. Its hard to get a idea of the color from a 3x5 card. I'll show the pics when we figure out a color.

Re: Project: Ginger

none.
Everything that I've worked on doesn't pan out or the end results isn't what I like.
Very discouraging to me.

Got a few other distractions right now.

Not this year.
I be at Showfest in Tunica, MS that weekend with member hot trux, and his '85 stepside.
I hate that they put both shows on the same weekend,... but it looks like Showfest is going to be huge this year.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
