Re: '63 GMC Project

I won't have the money soon either. It's pretty hard to find a job these days so now I've four years of studying before me instead. So both my '66 Cadillac, '59 Buick and my old GM truck has to wait - even though one of them is the absolute top priority.

I understand, I don't wanna sell my '66 Volvo either. It's a cheap and reliable daily driver. (gas is at least twice as expensive here)

Re: '63 GMC Project

Thanks man, I appreciate it! Columbus is such a huge show, I always see trucks from these boards but never seem to meet the owners. I did meet C10addict last year though.

Re: '63 GMC Project

I found some pics of my truck online from a local show a few weeks back so I'll post some of them up...

Here's some of the '67 that I have been helping a friend build for his wife. We just finished the air ride to get it to the show. Over the winter it's getting blown apart and rebuilt.

These belong to a friend (streetsteel)

'63 Suburban...

...and his '78 C-10.

Some more pics of friends vehicles

thelowones '94 Sonoma

Mike's crewcab first gen S-10 with Grand National motor

Brent's 6.0 ltr S-10

Poncho's 66 Caddy

Re: '63 GMC Project

Thanks guys, I didn't even realize the pics uploaded. When I clicked on "submit reply" it just went into a never-ending loading screen so I shut it off.

Nothing new yet but I'm thinking about some new wheels. Just getting it out and driving it now that the weather here is starting to get nice.

Re: '63 GMC Project

Sucks that you couldn't get your motor to work but I think you'll be happy with the Blueprint. I will suggest swapping out the cheap chrome valve covers and oilpan and maybe even the timing cover. Mine started leaking after a couple years. Besides that I'm extremely happy with mine, nice lope to the cam and awesome throttle response.
