That's exactly right always check rebuilt injectors before installation, don't assume they work as intended.

Re: High School Project Build

I put several miles on the truck yesterday, everything seems ok now.
Running down the road with the A/C blowing and everybody looking and giving a thumbs up was a good feeling!

Re: High School Project Build

Excellent job on this build! ... Kudos to all the kids involved and please give them some recognition on this whole thing. You should have some kind of signature plate for inside the glove box or something like that so all of them can paint their sigs on and be a true part of this trucks history.

Great Job well done Kids!!!

Ebay won't let a new account list an item for sale or auction?

Re: High School Project Build

This truck should do very well since it is in excellent mechanical condition.

I want to say THANK YOU to all the sponsors that helped us out. We had a little over $6,600.00 donated in parts on this truck.

Happy to help out. The truck looks great and I am glad it's going to benefit a good cause

Re: High School Project Build

Only the amount paid above the value of the truck is tax deductible. If you ever notice on tax donation letters, it says something along the lines of "no goods or services were provided in exchange for this donation."

That's why silent auction items purchased are not deductible unless you pay more that the face value.

Re: High School Project Build

Several people have asked if this truck is tax deductible - " I don't know". The truck title is issued in the Hancock County Board of Education. We can work with the buyer in every possible way and try to provide any other paperwork that you may need.
I don't work for the IRS - so I guess that will be between them and you
