Re: The Fuse is Lit...
I have been meaning to get some pics up of how the body work is going, the fenders and doors are ready for the last shot of primer and then a final wet sand, then ready to paint.
I have the hood and grille almost ready for the first round of primer. **CAUTION** Do not tell everyone about how your hood is in such great shape and how it will take no time at all to get it roughed in... I made this mistake and the more I messed with the hood the worse it got... I swear the thing looks like someone stampeded a herd of goats over it...but really small, evil goats... with tiny hooves...

I am going to build a bracket and mount the CPU between the fuse block and the brake booster brace. I know the general location but I still have a few different ideas on how I exactly want it.

Goats are mean. Maybe they're racoon prints or a fat cat. Don't like either.

Re: The Fuse is Lit...
Rex,
What is the reason for keeping this one? I thought that all the original sending units are removed? Does the PCM look for over temp? I'm pretty sure I have cut this connector out. |

Re: The Fuse is Lit...
I don't know about removing all original sending units. These wires were not removed in the diagram I used but I will double check tomorrow on what wire it is and make sure I am supposed to keep it. I let you know what I find out.

Re: The Fuse is Lit...
The coolant temperature is used by the ECM- it must be kept. You will have a VERY poor running engine without it...
