Thanks Scott!!

Got the passenger door glass all done. The vent window is a little tight to close. I want to roll it out in the sun and let it bake for awhile. The 1/32" setting tape is to thin. I tried doubling it, but that put me right back where I was. I used one and a half. I ripped one piece lenght wise. Now it's a good fit. Just hope it hangs in there, All the weatherstrips are installed.

Very nice. Why does your truck always look so clean. Did your trans have any electrial hook ups? Mine has a little 3 or 4 hole plug lookin thing on it?

Clean??? Did you see all the dust on the roof? Once I get all the glass in it's going outside for a bath. The frame is covered in 1/2" of dust.

The trans doesn't have an electrical hook up to the best of my knowledge. i don't ever remeber a 350 having an electrical plug. But, I've slept since then. It's a TCI 350.

Looks cleaner than mine. Must be that fancy camera you have. I thought your trans was a 700r4. You must be getting excited to go for a drive.

Re: Project Vitamin C-10

Looking really good Alan. So you going to be driving it soon? Got to be close isn’t it? I am getting close to having the shop ready for projects then as soon as the motor is back in my S-10 I will pull the cab off the 64 and get her down for blasting . So I can start on the floor pans and rocker panels. Looks as if I am getting started as you are finishing up.

Thanks, and I hope to drive it this summer. A couple hangups are I have to build a play house for the girls and vacation. Maybe you can get it done faster than I did.

I'm sort of slow at times (mentally) I cleaned the sitting tape out of the track for my passenger side window with a screw driver and a hammer. Thinking there has to be an easier way. Well today I discovered it on the drivers side. That stone fit perfectly. Took my time and still done in a minute.

Appreciate that!!

Didn't get the bed done, but did put the textured coating on it. The main reason is to keep rocks for starring the paint on the wheel tubs and too cover up some hammer marks and other defects. Meow Meow. The can requires a special gun and tip that is pretty inexpensive. I don't know the cost my paint rep donated it. He gave me one can and it barely got it covered once. I would have liked another coat on the tubs.

Re: Project Vitamin C-10

Last few. I brought home the gas door to compare colors to make sure it matches. It's the same paint, but I couldn't remember which tint of sealer I used.

Now I'm going to sand with 800 and clear it. Still have some more parts to paint some color on for the bed, but the majority of it is done.

Very nice! So the clear over single stage gives it a deeper look?
