Is it weird that the color of plaid seats are not mentioned on the SPID, Or where there highlanders that didn't mention the color of the plaid seat trim

I wonder if the AM/FM is still there. If I didn't already have one for my truck I'd be calling and asking.

I've recently seen another SPID that had the wheelbase as 000.0 as well. If I remember correctly I think it's the GMC motorhome that a members parting and selling a very nice set of 69-70 bucket seats

Which member would that be? I’d like to take a look.

I believe the seats already sold. Nice original bucket seats usually don't last long. If you search back a few pages in the parts section you should be able to find them

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

642 is the trim code for blue plaid in a burb - it's sometimes just referred to as Custom Trim Combination as in this case.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

72 C10 $9999. Interesting color combo on the roof. Maybe from windshield rust repair. I do like the wheels. Plus an interesting offer for out of town buyers.

https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/...452667518.html

I have a 1972 Chevy pickup truck, C10, 1/2 ton, LOOONG W I D E Box, 350, V8, Turbo 350 Tranny (rebuilt with documentation), power steering, power disk brakes, speedometer says 140,000 ???. NEW seat, carpet, dash pad cover, and new door sill plates, brakes and shocks on front are new, All stock air cleaner to single exhaust. LOWERED 3 inches front and rear. Custom tire and rim package. Aluminum radiator, newer battery and new cables. BLACK interior, door panels, and visors. Also, had new windshield installed, new bumpers (front and rear), new grill insert, new wiper motor and blades. The box is one of the straightest I have seen in a long long time. The tailgate is near perfect.
Most oil changes are written on drivers door from 1977 to 1994. Just changed oil, motor and tranny recently. All original paperwork is in glove box. Protecto plate, Bill of Sale, etc.
You must see this old truck. Remember it's 46 years old so it has some character, some call it patina. Has tags until 2019. This would be a good reliable work truck.
You can buy this neat old truck for only $9999.95 OBO, please call show contact info . I'll pay for half of shipping if you are out of town.

Looks like he may have 2 of these. Here's his 10th picture. #2 looks like it may also have a for sale sign in the window.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I agree, real nice truck. I have to admit that “show me what you’ve got to trade ads” drive me bananas when there is no valid price listed. (ie the $100 in the title). Never mentions price in the body of the ad. Maybe it’s 10k and the 100 is a typo - that would make more sense. If anyone is interested, I’m sure there is a price in the seller’s noggin...
