My new 1969 C10
Here are some pics of my new 1969 C10 LWB my 1st classic vechile. My wife and I named her "Belle" short for "Memphis Belle". She has a 250 inline 6 with 3 on the tree that runs strong but could use some adjustment. No power steering or power brakes and 6 lug wheels. I plan on keeping her stock with some modifications...
First projects are changing the oil pan gasket, and adjusting the monojet carb and then giving the motor a degrease bath. Then onto the interior. Eventually I want to build up the 250 motor some maybe with a new 390 carb and some new manifolds and exhaust. Time and money will tell. |

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
From what I understand, if you change the hood you also have to change the fenders and grill to make it work with no other mods. He and others I have seen on here have made modifications to make the later grills work with the earlier hood/fenders. With enough time and money, anything is possible.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
He was referring to the one from Bankone1. Look at the quote above his question. If you click on that arrow, you can see the post he was quoting from.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
my 67. somehow it survived 2 divorces and 20 years of neglect. just pulled it out and dusted it off. time to start back on it. what a shame i let it sit for so long.
